I have lost/forgotten my, can I still enter the park?
Unfortunately without your pass you are unable to enter the park, you will need to purchase a replacement pass for $5 if you wish to enter. This can be replaced at the front gate of Movie World, Sea World or Wet’n’Wild upon presentation of a valid photo ID.
What date does my pass expire/is my pass still valid?
This depends on the type of pass you have. If you have a VIP Pass or VIP Gold Pass these will expire at the end of the financial year on June 30. If you have a General Admission Pass this is only valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and is only valid on the day you enter the park. If you cannot remember when you purchased the pass, or are still unsure of what date your pass expires, please call 1300 304 798 with your pass details.
What age does a child need a ticket for Movie World, Sea World and Wet’n’Wild Gold Coast?Children aged 3yrs and above require a ticket to enter the theme parks. If your child is turning 3yrs before your VIP Pass expires, you may like to consider purchasing a ticket for them now.

Movie World is open from 9:30am to 5pm with Rides starting from 10am. Movie World is open every day except Christmas and Anzac day. Opening times are subject to change.

Wet'n'Wild is open from 10:am-5pm daily in the warmer months and between 10am and 4pm im Winter. Wet'n'Wild is open every day except Christmas and ANZAC day. Opening times are subject to change.

MyFun Gift Card FAQs
What can I use my physical or digital gift card for?
You can use your gift card on tickets for attractions and experiences advertised on myfun.com.au. Gift cards cannot be used for food and beverage, merchandise or the purchase of another gift card on the website or at the front gate of any of the advertised attractions.
How long are MyFun gift cards valid for?
Gift cards are valid for 12months from time of purchase. This will be indicated on the back of the card. If there is no expiry date please go to myfun.com.au/got-a-gift-card to check your balance and expiry.
How do I use my physical or digital gift card?
Select the ticket/s on myfun.com.au and add to your shopping cart. At the checkout when promoted enter your 16 digit MyFun gift card number (starting with 9036 XXXX XXXX XXXX) and four digits PIN. Ensure you click apply. The amount will be deducted from your shopping cart total.
Are there any restrictions on when I can use my physical or digital gift card?
No, you can use your gift card either digital or physical on myfun.com.au at any time.
What is the difference between a physical and digital gift card?
A physical gift card can be purchased from any Coles, Big W, Target, Australia Post, Woolworths, and Kmart. A digital gift card can be purchased from myfun.com.au/buy-a-gift-card and will be emailed to the designated email address within 60mins. Please allow up to 2 business days for physical gift cards to be activated and 24hours for digital gift cards to be activated.
Do I need to activate my digital or physical gift card?
You do not need to activate your gift card. This is done automatically within 2 business days of purchase or 24hours for all digital gift cards.
How long until I can use my physical gift card once I’ve activated it?
You have 12months to use your gift card. Gift card cannot be extended.

At MyFun, we accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners. All payments are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption. All credit card payments are processed in real-time for your security and immediate peace of mind.
How long does it take for a physical or digital gift card to be delivered?
Physical gift cards are dispatched within 2 business days. For standard delivery please allow an additional 5-7 business days.
Digital gift cards are dispatched instantly after purchase. Some email servers can experience delays so please allow 60 minutes for the digital gift card to appear in your inbox.
Do physical & digital gift cards expire?

Can I check the balance of my physical or digital gift card?
Yes, go to myfun.com.au/got-a-gift-card. You will need your 16 digit card number and your 4 digit PIN.
If there's money left on my physical or digital gift card can I get the balance in cash?
Unfortunately, gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
What if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?
You should treat an activated card as if it were cash. If the card is lost or stolen, please phone 1300 304 798 immediately so the card can be disabled. We will not reimburse you for any transactions conducted by an unauthorised person prior to you informing us of the cards loss. You will be protected from any subsequent loss if you satisfy certain conditions including supplying your receipt as proof of purchase.
Can I top up the value on a physical or digital gift card?
No. MyFun Gift Cards are unable to be topped up.
What if my gift card does not work?
Your gift card may not work for the following reasons:
- Your physical gift card has not been activated and/or allowed the necessary time for it to become active.
- The balance you have nominated is not available. You can check your card balance http://myfun.com.au/got-a-gift-card
- Your gift card has expired. Gift cards have a 12 month expiry which can be calculated 12 months from date of issue which can be found on the card and/or when you check your http://myfun.com.au/got-a-gift-card
