Safety is the highest priority for Sea World and maintenance is an essential part of that. The following rides and attractions will benefit from maintenance over the coming weeks:
- • Viking Revenge Flume will be closed for scheduled maintenance from 14th July reopening 1st September 2014.
- • Penguin Encounter will be closed for scheduled maintenance from 25th August reopening 2nd September 2014.
- • Due to park works, the Monorail and Jet Rescue may be closed intermittently during August. These are necessary park works but we will strive to minimise these closures and hope you enjoy your day at Sea World.

Sea Viper is being retired after bringing thrills to Sea World’s guests for 32 years. Sea Viper has been a wonderful attraction but there comes a time when all rides need to retire.
Sea World is constantly looking at new attractions like the $21M Storm Coaster which opened in December and there are several new and exciting options in the pipeline.
Our theme parks are ever changing to ensure we continue to bring you, our guests, the best possible theme park experience possible.
Please check back for further updates or contact Guest Services prior to your visit as the above schedule is subject to change. Note: For the safety and comfort of guests some rides and attractions will not operate during inclement weather conditions. In extreme weather events the park may be closed.
