Criteria for Participation

All Sea World Animal Adventure programs are subject to the below Terms and Conditions and our Cancellation and Refund policy. Furthermore, each Animal Adventure program has a strict participation criteria, which is outlined below for each program.

When booking an Animal Adventure program, participants acknowledge that they agree to the conditions outlined below in conjunction with the participation criteria for the Animal Adventure in which they are going to undertake.

If you have purchased an Animal Adventure on another person’s behalf, then you must make available or known to them the conditions outlined below. By their attendance they shall be deemed to have accepted them. Where a person purchases an Animal Adventure for a minor the purchaser shall be responsible for accepting the conditions and is deemed to be the authorised representative for the minor.

Please note that Sea World Guest Services is a cashless facility. For guests wishing to book Animal Adventure via Guest Services, all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Subject to the same exclusions as noted above for Sea World Animal Adventures. Participant criteria outlined below.

Participants:
• must be a minimum of 8 years of age.
• aged 8 to 13 years must be accompanied by a full paying adult ticket holder aged 14 years or over as guardian.
• must be able to speak and/or understand English, or have a translator participate in the program with them (one paying translator with one paying participant). There are no complimentary programs for translators. Person acting as a translator must advise staff at the start of the program. Translators must satisfy all criteria.
• must wear enclosed footwear.
• must follow all directions quickly to the satisfaction of staff.
• must be able to quickly exit back of house areas unassisted.
• acknowledge photography is not permitted whilst in back-of-house areas.

All personal belongings and effects, including bags, are not permitted on the tour.
*Please be advised that peanut butter is used in the Polar Bear shores area. Please advise staff of any allergy concerns.
