This Animal Adventure takes place either on a submerged platform or in the shallows of a sandy bottom lagoon. The exact location is decided on the day.

Criteria for Participation

All Sea World Animal Adventure programs are subject to the below Terms and Conditions and our Cancellation and Refund policy. Furthermore, each Animal Adventure program has a strict participation criteria, which is outlined below for each program.

When booking an Animal Adventure program, participants acknowledge that they agree to the conditions outlined below in conjunction with the participation criteria for the Animal Adventure in which they are going to undertake.

If you have purchased an Animal Adventure on another person’s behalf, then you must make available or known to them the conditions outlined below. By their attendance they shall be deemed to have accepted them. Where a person purchases an Animal Adventure for a minor the purchaser shall be responsible for accepting the conditions and is deemed to be the authorised representative for the minor.

Please note that Sea World Guest Services is a cashless facility. For guests wishing to book Animal Adventure via Guest Services, all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Subject to the same Terms & Conditions as noted above for Sea World Animal Adventures. Criteria for participation outlined below:

Participants:
• must be aged 5 to 13 years of age inclusive and a minimum of 110cm in height. Children will be measured without footwear on the day of participation. If the child does not meet the height restriction, they will not be able to participate and may not be eligible for a refund (subject to any requirements at law to the contrary).
• must be able to speak and/or understand English or have a translator present for the safety briefing - translators must then remain nearby to further translate if requested by the trainer. Persons acting as a translator must advise staff at the start of the program,
• must have controlled motor movement.
•must remove any visible jewellery that can be removed including but not limited to necklaces, bracelets, earrings, body piercings, religious and cultural ornamentation, hair clips and pins (a single hair band is permitted) or any other accessories deemed not suitable in the program environment.
• must follow directions quickly to the satisfaction of staff.
• must be able to quickly exit the pool area unassisted.
• must not have any open cuts or infections.
